
Strategic Relationship Builder

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will provide meaningful solutions for an existing portfolio of diversified business clients.
You will build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service, using your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new opportunities. You will gain an in-depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Originating, structuring, and negotiating complex solutions;
- Gaining a deep understanding of banking products and services;
- Building relationships through excellent service and driving new business;
- Pursuing new to bank opportunities and identifying further growth areas;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have solid experience in building and leading a Business Banking portfolio and lending above $1m, as well as a deep understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers.
