We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team.
As a key player in promoting financial inclusion, you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts from leading institutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and resilience for challenging conversations.
You will be at the forefront of making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts. With a flexible approach, you will negotiate repayment plans and solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage outstanding accounts from leading institutions.
- Making and receiving high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Investigations to locate and establish contact with our customers.
- Build relationships with customers through rapport and trust.
- Negotiate repayment solutions and create positive outcomes.
- Problem-solving and objection handling.
- Three salary reviews in the first 18 months, plus uncapped bonuses.
