We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Secure Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth mobilisation and activation of our car parks across the state.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage project plans and deliver results within budget, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Site Mobilisation: Coordinate site mobilisation activities, including inspections and equipment setup, to ensure our car parks are fully operational before the scheduled opening date.
- Risk Management: Assess car parks for operational challenges and risks, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our commercial team and external stakeholders to identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful mobilisation of sites.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and report progress to senior management, ensuring that all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in risk assessment, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the parking or facilities industry.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage external technical resources to deliver results on time and within budget, strong understanding of site mobilisation processes and risk management techniques, and excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
