Account Management Coordinator

Zeno Group is a leading integrated communications agency with offices across the globe. We are seeking an experienced Account Management Coordinator to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work as part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering innovative communication solutions to our clients. As an Account Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team, ensuring seamless execution of client campaigns, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the account management team in planning, executing, and reporting on client campaigns.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of client information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
- A flexible working arrangement, with 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
