An exciting opportunity has become available with Chandler Macleod to support our client AGL. This 12-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent, seeks a skilled Global Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

Key purpose of this role:

  • The purpose of the Shared Services team is to ensure that SBES Accounts Receivable, accounting and reporting requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

Job Description:

This key role requires managing the AR inbox, including receipting of payments and reconciliation of supplier statements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing invoicing activities across the SBES business and ensuring the overall successful collection of outstanding debts. You will liaise with Project Managers to resolve disputes or enquiries.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an AR function, preferably within a medium to large business.
  • A sound understanding of collections, with intermediate to advanced Excel and SAP skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
