Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounts Coordinator to join our Finance Team at Accor's Iris Portfolio.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description

In this key role, you will oversee the accounts payable process for 17 hotels across multiple properties. This involves reviewing vendor invoices, processing payments, and collaborating with General Managers and team members to ensure accurate recording and timely payment.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and process all vendor invoices submitted in Purchase Plus to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with hotels' key personnel to resolve invoice processing issues and provide general support.
  • Assist with inquiries related to accounts payable and provide timely responses to team members.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in accounts payable and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with SunSystems and Purchase Plus is beneficial but not essential.
