About the Role

This junior entry-level position is designed to learn account handling skills, enabling promotion to Account Executive. As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with our team members to execute earned, owned, and paid media campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day account management, administration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties for the team and clients, including media kit preparation, collecting media coverage, sharing meeting notes, and maintaining reporting documents.
  • Participate in internal client team brainstorming sessions.
  • Opportunities to expand writing skills, from media pitches to client correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support for the development of new business pitches.
  • Implement and own a personal development plan, with a view to promotion to Account Executive.

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements available.
