About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key industry verticals.
    • Build and manage a consistent deal pipeline through multi-channel prospecting.
    • Lead the full sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to proposal and negotiation.
    • Develop strategic sales plans aligned to growth objectives.
  • Process & Growth
    • Document and refine sales methodologies and conversion tactics.
    • Provide feedback for continuous improvement in our offerings and value propositions.
    • Contribute to positioning our business in new verticals and market segments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in tech, digital, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of selling services in the $50K–$200K+ range.
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting, deal-closing, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, able to speak fluently with founders and decision-makers.
