Job Opportunity: HSE Professional

This role is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in promoting workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance across the business. As an HSE Advisor, you will be instrumental in achieving our core value of being safe.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert support to management and staff on site safety policies and procedures. You will also assist in implementing HSE programs, conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.

  • Key Tasks:
  • Provide guidance on embedding a culture of safety and risk mitigation across the business.
  • Develop and implement effective injury management and return-to-work programs.
  • Coordinate HSE training for staff and manage risk assessments.
  • Promote a positive safety culture by working closely with the National HSE team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a qualified professional with strong communication skills and experience in HSE. You should have formal qualifications (Diploma or greater) and previous HSE experience. A good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and standards is essential.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Development and delivery of education and training material.
  • Experience in incident investigations, risk assessments, and auditing.
  • A good working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and standards.
