Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role within our organization.

This position involves leading the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental strategies and improvement plans. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for ensuring compliance with all procedures and regulations, as well as coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to achieve health, safety, and environmental objectives.

You will also lead reporting and investigations of hazards, incidents, and injuries/illnesses, and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, permits, and licenses. Your ability to drive continuous improvement in HSE culture will be crucial in this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in an HSE business partner or operational role
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the fields of HSE, management systems, and relevant legislation
  • Sound understanding of Injury Management, Workers Compensation, and Health Promotion
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in work health and safety, risk management, or related field
