Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as an HSE Advisor.

The role will involve providing expert advice and support in driving improvements in HSE performance through alignment and delivery of our programs, and identification and management of HSE risks within the business.

  • Monitor and interpret relevant HSE legislation, policies, and regulations to provide direction and advice to projects.
  • Assess safety in design requirements and provide input for constructability reviews.
  • Facilitate risk workshops to effectively plan work in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Ensure that our HSE objectives and goals are set and attained at the project level.
  • Support the HSE Manager to execute the Project Audit program.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a high-risk industry.
  • Certificate IV in Training.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HSE Advisor in a high-risk industry.
  • Experience working in the capacity of Principal Contractor.
  • ICAM Incident Investigation trained and experience in leading investigations.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001 or AS 4801.
  • Strong communication skills.
