Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE professional to lead the Health, Safety & Environment agenda at site level. This key role will focus on developing and implementing site-specific health, safety and environment plans, ensuring compliance with national regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective site-specific health, safety and environment strategies in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Champion best practices in health, safety and environment within the workplace, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead incident investigations and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance safety awareness and knowledge among employees.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety and environment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with site leaders to influence and coach visible health, safety and environment leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management or related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful health, safety and environment initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
