About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Professional to be a vital part of our organization. This role is a full-time position based in our Sydney laboratory, working closely with multiple business divisions.

  • Develop and implement site safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to employees and site leadership teams to drive a positive safety culture.
  • Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs to minimize downtime.
  • Deliver comprehensive HSE training to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.

This role requires formal qualifications (Diploma or greater) and previous experience in health, safety, and environmental management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to coach and influence staff and management to achieve HSE targets.
