Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of a safety-first culture across renewable energy projects in Australia.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent producer of exclusively renewable energy, known for developing, constructing, and operating high-quality renewable generation assets.

  • Develop and implement robust HSE policies and systems for projects throughout Australia, ensuring compliance with group standards and procedures.
  • Assess and propose amendments to key HSE governance as required, enhancing the overall safety performance of the organization.
  • Manage and improve existing HSE Management Systems and Procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will also have opportunities to cultivate a safety-first culture on site and work collaboratively with global offices to implement global HSE procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Technical expertise in HSE matters, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing practical HSE related management procedures and systems.
  • A strong HSE background as an advisor or management system contributor, with a proven track record of delivering results.
