Company Overview
Our client is a renowned electronics brand with a presence in multiple countries. This role will be based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office, working 4 days on-site and 1 day remotely.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.

About the Role
This position involves end-to-end case management of high-risk customer complaints received through various channels. Key responsibilities include investigating and analyzing cases to identify root causes, liaising with internal departments for resolution assistance, and proposing improvement plans to mitigate future risks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, call centre experience, and proficiency in MS Office applications. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and adapt to change.
