Customer Service Representative

We are a well-established brand in the electronics industry with a strong presence worldwide. This role is based at our Sydney Olympic Park Office and requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage B2B customer warranty claims and complaints in relation to product failures, delivery issues, and payment issues. They will also be responsible for professionally handling customer complaints and providing a positive experience. Additionally, they will need to liaise with internal teams to reach swift resolutions and keep visibility on stock availability. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position and preferably have call center experience.
