About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for managing B2B customer warranty claims and complaints related to product failures, delivery issues, and payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2B customer warranty claims and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Abide by and uphold Australia Consumer Law.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor stock availability and manage refunds, returns, and replacements through our system.
  • Provide updates to customers on repair timelines and ensure a smooth progress of products to technicians/repair centers.
  • Liaise with logistics and service partners to track deliveries and returns.

About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position.
  • Preferably, you have call center experience.
