Seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team based in Sydney Olympic Park. This role offers a unique blend of system support and training responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy problem-solving and educating others.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 1-2 years of experience in IT System Support to provide exceptional support to our Authorised Service Partners (ASCs). The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating mobile and web system training, conducting startup training for new ASCs, and maintaining a good relationship with partners through regular updates on system tool changes, issues, and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to educate employees on process changes, and a willingness to work collaboratively with internal teams. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a knack for resolving technical issues, we want to hear from you

About You:

We're looking for someone who is a graduate or has up to 2 years of experience in IT System Support. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, work with a dynamic team, and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.
