About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Penrith site. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-purchase check-ins.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Execute test drives, delivery, handover, and post-purchase check-ins to build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all interactions.
