Opportunity Overview

Boral, a leading Australian-owned and operated company, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Expert for IT Infrastructure to join its broader IT Team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Boral's technology and network infrastructure. As a key member of the Field Services Team, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software issues, and maintaining IT systems in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the laptop/desktop refresh project with vendors and Boral sites, reporting on progress.
  • Oversee site commission/upgrade/decommission activities, including office fit-out coordination.
  • Liaise with telco field mobilisation teams for new device deployment and existing device repair.
  • Manage meeting room facilities, including procuring quotes for new equipment based on site requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Technology.
  • Proven project management skills with strong coordination abilities.
  • Troubleshooting and application/network support background.
  • Strong knowledge of IT network infrastructure across a large business.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and proficiency in MS Excel.
