We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Transition Specialist to join our team.

This newly created role will support our business in navigating the complexities of growth and development.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the General Manager - Commercial, and will be responsible for managing various processes and initiatives that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture or a related field, with experience in transition management, capex planning, and commercial operations.

The key focus areas for this role include:

  • Transition Management: Coordinate operational transition management and onboarding of new acquisitions, including capex programs and key commercial arrangements.
  • Capex Management, Procurement and Commercial: Lead the capex program, monitor and report capex expenditure, and source and file capex quotes.
  • Supplementary Feed and Milk Supply/Dairy Markets: Coordinate supplementary feed procurement activity and monitor milk pricing and dairy markets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent influencing, coaching, and negotiating skills. You will also require strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
