THE ROLE
They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their finance team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and internal reporting across a growing agribusiness, and help drive strategic outcomes across the organisation. THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and provide key support to business partners through robust analysis.
- Lead internal reporting initiatives and provide insightful margin and performance analysis across farming operations.
- Enhance financial processes and reporting tools to increase efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- CA/CPA qualifications in Accounting with strong commercial and administrative experience.
- 3+ years of commercial experience in a management accounting role
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and process improvement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate financial results across all levels.
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly regarded.
REMUNERATION AND LOCATION
Attractive remuneration package including base salary and performance incentives. Based in Melbourne CBD with some regional travel.
