Workforce Planning Data Analyst

This role is pivotal in supporting our ambition to be the world's number one beauty destination.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data analysis and testing support across key workforce management projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise forecasting models, reports, dashboards, and tools that drive decision-making.
  • Monitor volume and labour forecast accuracy, proactively investigating and resolving issues.
  • Assist with labour standards setup and ongoing reviews to align with operational needs and service models.
  • Analyse workforce composition, identifying trends and translating complex data into clear insights.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 4+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong technical competency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Previous experience with UKG is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
