About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Insights Specialist. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to develop and deliver Human Resources (HR) reporting and analytics solutions that support decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and report design
  • Workforce trend analysis and risk identification
  • Collaboration and problem-solving to improve HR data usage

Requirements:

Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR systemsExperience in HR data extraction, analysis, and visualizationStrong skills in Excel and MS Power PlatformAbility to engage with stakeholders and collaborate effectively
