About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Workforce Insights Specialistto work within ourPeople Division.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders to develop and deliver Human Resources (HR) reporting and analytics solutions to support decision-making in service of empowering our clients and our people to belong and thrive.
Your Key Focus
- Support the collection of HR data and the design and development of reports, dashboards and analytics solutions
- Analyse the environment to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities for Scope
- Work collaboratively, think critically and apply your analytical and problem-solving mindset to continue to improve how we harness HR data and insights
- Demonstrated understanding of the employee lifecycle and the HR systems, architectures, policies and/or practices that underpin it
- Proven experience in HR data extraction, analysis and visualisation
- Strong skills in Excel and MS Power Platform
- Ability to proactively and positively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience in complex research and consulting is advantageous
- Knowledge (or ability to quickly acquire) of the disability services sector
