About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Workforce Insights Specialistto work within ourPeople Division.

In this role, you will work with stakeholders to develop and deliver Human Resources (HR) reporting and analytics solutions to support decision-making in service of empowering our clients and our people to belong and thrive.

Your Key Focus

• Support the collection of HR data and the design and development of reports, dashboards and analytics solutions
• Analyse the environment to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities for Scope
• Work collaboratively, think critically and apply your analytical and problem-solving mindset to continue to improve how we harness HR data and insights
  
  

What We Look For

• Demonstrated understanding of the employee lifecycle and the HR systems, architectures, policies and/or practices that underpin it
• Proven experience in HR data extraction, analysis and visualisation
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Power Platform
• Ability to proactively and positively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in complex research and consulting is advantageous
• Knowledge (or ability to quickly acquire) of the disability services sector
