**Data Insights Specialist Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to support our business strategy. This role is critical in providing actionable data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced data analysis and testing support across key workforce management projects, delivering timely and accurate results.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting models, reports, dashboards, and tools that support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor volume and labour forecast accuracy, investigating and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Assist with setting up and reviewing labour standards to align with operational requirements.
  • Analyse workforce composition, identifying trends and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Your Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years' experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced technical competency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau, with a proven ability to leverage these tools effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes, driving growth and improvement.
  • Previous experience with UKG is highly desirable, but not essential.
