The role of Workforce Solutions Specialist involves providing expert guidance on payroll and workforce solution design and implementation, analysing business and compliance requirements, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a subject matter expert for Payroll and Workforce, providing guidance on solution design and implementation.
- Analyse business and compliance requirements, ensuring they are effectively translated into system functionality.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient workforce solutions.
- Support integrations, testing, and optimisation of workforce management and payroll systems.
- Proven subject matter expertise in Payroll and Workforce domains (technical and/or functional).
- Strong ability to bridge business needs with system requirements.
- Experience in workforce management, time and attendance system.
- UKG product knowledge.
- Hands-on Payroll operations or systems background.
- Exposure to the retail sector.
