Role Overview
As a Strategic Workforce Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming people-related data into actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. You will be part of the People Experience (HR) Insights team, responsible for building and maintaining a data warehouse and visualizations that deliver high-quality, data-driven insights for workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

About the Role
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into analytics projects and insights. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that highlight workforce trends, employee lifecycle metrics, DEI outcomes, attrition risks, engagement, and more. You will use storytelling and visualization techniques to present your findings in a compelling and accessible way.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from HRIS platforms like Workday or similar systems.
  • To partner with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into analytics projects and insights.
  • To design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that highlight workforce trends, employee lifecycle metrics, DEI outcomes, attrition risks, engagement, and more.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with 5+ years' experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning. You should have strong technical capability with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, R, or similar for data extraction and analysis. Additionally, you should have experience working and modeling HR data from systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is also essential.
