Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our financial planning channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, deepening and retaining client relationships, as well as supporting and driving client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop IFA and Adviser Relationships: Identify and develop opportunities for increased brand and FUM growth in the adviser channel, representing our brand and values at meetings, conferences and events.
  • Market Position and Growth Targets: Develop and manage IFA and adviser relationships to improve our market position and achieve growth targets.
  • Brand and FUM Growth: Continually identify, develop and assess opportunities for increased brand and FUM growth in the adviser channel.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with key stakeholders in platforms and dealer groups to identify new sales and marketing opportunities and activity.
The Ideal Candidate:

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional experience to clients, bringing a consultative approach to forming and deepening relationships while achieving sales targets. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
