Relationship Builder and Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Manager to lead our efforts in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at creating value through proactive outreach, strategic planning, and collaboration.

  • Your Mission:

Picture 200+ newly acquired businesses. Your task will be to move them from mere acquaintances to loyal advocates. You'll develop and implement a comprehensive engagement calendar, craft compelling content, orchestrate memorable events, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

  • Your Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute a rolling engagement plan that includes newsletters, webinars, executive briefings, and product spotlights
  2. Craft engaging copy that resonates with our audience, from subject lines to thought leadership pieces
  3. Design and coordinate event invitations and VIP gifts that delight and deepen relationships
  4. Analyze data and metrics to inform your strategies and optimize results
  5. Develop and share best practices and playbooks with the account management team to enhance their outreach efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in internal marketing, client engagement, or account management, preferably in the MSP/IT sector
  • The ability to think strategically, write compellingly, and interpret data insights
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or ConnectWise
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across functions
  • A natural talent for building genuine, human connections (phone, video calls, coffee – whatever it takes)
