The Company

The Role

You'll provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle, helping to deliver smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring processes. You'll also play a key role in coordinating our Scholarship Program and supporting emerging talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications to support recruitment processes
- Manage recruitment systems, data integrity, and documentation including reports and assessments
- Support onboarding activities and liaise with candidates regarding pre-employment requirements
- Initiate and manage background checks, medicals, and psychometric testing
- Maintain the careers inbox and publish job ads across internal and external platforms
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment support
- Contribute to HR data analytics and insights to enhance employee engagement
- Coordinate the Scholarship Program, including candidate communications, application tracking, and stakeholder support

About You

- 2–4 years' experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting people initiatives
