Job Summary

We are seeking a People & Culture Associate to join our team in Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in promoting our organization as an Employer of Choice and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the organization as a great place to work and manage all aspects of recruitment, from attraction to onboarding;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies;
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience;
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure fair, merit-based processes align with relevant legislation;
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar qualification;
  • Relevant experience in human resources or a related field;
  • Driver Licence;
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent time management abilities;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism;
  • Team player mindset, proactive, and flexible.
What We Offer:
  • Salary range: Grade 12, $41.08 - $44.46 per hour plus 12% superannuation for a 14 hour work week;
