Employment Opportunity
- Secure a part-time position that plays a pivotal role in promoting the employer brand and managing the recruitment process from attraction to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and promote the employer brand.
- Support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Regularly review advertising campaign results, report on outcomes using metrics, and maintain fair, merit-based recruitment practices.
Requirements
- A Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience is necessary for success in this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally.
- The ideal candidate will possess a team player mindset that is proactive, flexible, and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals.
Benefits
- This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $41.08 to $44.46 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.
- Flexible working arrangements may be considered by mutual agreement and operational requirements.
