Marketing Manager Role
The ideal candidate will be the marketing program owner of our three key customer jobs to be done, managing our drumbeat communication stream within the customer trade plan as well as leading strategic programs of work that unlock customer behavior.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the always-on drumbeat communication program for the customer trade plan, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that drive share of wallet and win hearts and minds.
- Developing strategy, roadmaps, and business cases to unlock customer behavior, working closely with senior marketers and brand leaders.
- Partnering with analytics, insights, and merchandise teams to develop measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and provide recommendations.
- Managing end-to-end campaigns, including creative and media agencies, channel leads, and various stakeholders.
- Supporting senior marketers and planning teams to improve ways of working with merchandise and build a collaborative relationship.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in dedicated marketing environments, ideally with strong digital and content focus.
- Previous experience in marketing (campaigns and content) within the retail sector.
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
- Ability to interpret customer data and translate it into compelling retail plans.
- Ability to manage complex and ambiguous projects, influence change, and champion customer experience.
