Campaign Operations Manager
\About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to shape customer engagement with a leading online marketplace. As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering weekly promotions and campaigns that drive measurable growth across multiple customer segments.
\Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly promotions and campaign initiatives that drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to launch multi-channel campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Analyse campaign performance data rigorously, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and optimise future strategies.
- Continuously evolve promotional playbooks by testing new ideas and piloting innovative approaches.
- Represent incentives within a key category squad, ensuring organisational goals are met and customer needs are understood and addressed.
- Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to uncover smarter ways of working.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns from ideation through to post-campaign analysis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least three years' experience in marketing roles with a strong understanding of digital channels.
- Background in retail or e-commerce environments is highly desirable as it provides valuable context for customer behaviour.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field demonstrates foundational knowledge essential for success.
- Resilience and adaptability are crucial traits; you thrive under pressure and remain effective when managing shifting priorities.
