Paint Shop Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Spray Painter to lead and mentor our paint shop team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step up into a leadership role and drive quality and efficiency across the workshop floor.

You'll oversee and complete paint work to company standards and procedures, approve final colours and perform minor adjustments for a flawless finish, maintain spray booths, robots, and equipment daily, and support team development.

  • Manage and complete paint projects according to company procedures and standards.
  • Approve final finishes and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and repair equipment and machinery in the paint shop.
  • Support and develop team members.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in spray painting (essential).
  • Experience in the collision repair industry (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
