Job Opportunity for Paint Shop Leader
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Spray Painter to join our team as a Paint Shop Team Leader. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to advance your career into management and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities- Complete paint jobs in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Sign off on final colour, including minor colour adjustments, to deliver high-quality paint finish for customers.
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Trade Qualification in Spray Painting (essential).
- Experience in Collision Repair industry (essential).
- Full Australian Working rights and valid driver's licence.
