Opportunity for Advancement

We are seeking a Trade Qualified Spray Painter to step up into a leadership role as Paint Shop Team Leader. In this position, you will lead and mentor our paint shop team, including painters, preppers, and apprentices, to drive quality and efficiency across the workshop floor.

  • Oversight of paint work to company standards and procedures
  • Final colour approval and minor adjustments for a flawless finish
  • Daily maintenance of spray booths, robots, and equipment
  • Leadership by example and support for team development
Requirements
  • Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
  • Experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
