Lead Spray Painter Opportunity

A highly skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Spray Painter is sought to lead our paint shop team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and complete paint work to company standards and procedures.
  • Approve final colours and perform minor adjustments for a flawless finish.
  • Maintain spray booths, robots, and equipment daily.
  • Lead by example and support team development.
  • Perform additional duties as required by leadership.
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualification in Spray Painting.
  • Experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
