Trade Qualified Spray Painter Opportunity

We are seeking a Trade Qualified Spray Painter to join our dynamic team as a Paint Shop Team Lead. This is an opportunity for someone ready to step up into a leadership role and lead and mentor our paint shop team, including painters, preppers, and apprentices, to drive quality and efficiency across the workshop floor.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Trade Qualified Spray Painter who is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Paint Shop Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing paint work to company standards and procedures, approving final colours, maintaining spray booths and equipment, leading by example, and supporting team development.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have trade qualifications in spray painting
  • Must have experience in the collision repair industry
  • Must have full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
  • Must have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
