Paint Shop Team Lead Position:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Spray Painter to lead our paint shop team. As the Paint Shop Team Leader, you will oversee and complete paint work to company standards, approve final colors, and maintain spray booths and equipment.

You will lead by example, support team development, and perform additional duties as required. If you have experience in the collision repair industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, this is an ideal opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of paint work to ensure company standards
  • Final color approval and minor adjustments
  • Daily maintenance of spray booths, robots, and equipment
  • Leadership and team support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade qualification in Spray Painting
  • Experience in the collision repair industry
  • Australian working rights and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
