Job Description:
  • The primary objective of this role is to oversee and mentor a team of painters, preppers, and spray apprentices to optimize quality and efficiency within the paint shop.
Responsibilities:
  1. To lead by example and guide the team in completing paint jobs according to established processes and procedures.
  2. To inspect and approve the final colour, making any necessary adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for customers.
  3. To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of spray booths, equipment, and robots on a daily basis.
  4. Perform any additional duties as assigned by leadership.
