Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Spray Painter to lead our paint shop team and deliver high-quality work for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for career advancement into management, where you will support, guide, and mentor our team of painters, preppers, and spray apprentices to improve quality and efficiency on the workshop floor.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and achieve exceptional results in accordance with processes and procedures. Effective communication is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing paint jobs according to established protocols
  • Signing off on final colour, including minor adjustments, to deliver a superior paint finish for the customer
  • Maintaining spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
  • Performing any additional duties as directed by leadership

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Trade Qualification in Spray Painting
  • Experience in Collision Repair industry
  • Full Australian Working rights and a valid driver's license
