About the Role

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to drive our market expansion in New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies, cultivating and nurturing high-value client relationships, and providing strategic insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Cultivate and nurture high-value client relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Provide strategic insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows to build relationships and increase brand awareness
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare sales or account management
  • A proven track record in medicinal cannabis or related healthcare sectors
  • A results-driven mindset with a talent for exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
