About the Role

The Sales Account Executive is a key member of our team at Tungsten Automation, responsible for driving strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into assigned accounts and geographies. This role requires a seasoned sales professional who can develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Planning and Management: Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target territories, leveraging the compelling return on investment provided by Tungsten Automation's solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, lead generation, and sales engineer teams, to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in both existing customers and prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles, understanding and articulating the value of Tungsten Automation's solutions to various levels of customer audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, referenceable relationships with customers and prospects, qualifying and forecasting deals accurately and consistently.
  • Field Marketing: Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth, growing and maintaining a deep and wide set of contacts across all lines of business within customers and prospects.
