Job Description:
The role of Strategic Change Manager - Business Transformation Lead is a critical position within our organization. As a key member of the Corporate Planning & Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our bank's change management and transformation strategy across Oceania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the branch's change management strategy and new ways of working
- Assist in delivery of bank-wide transformation projects and initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to gather scope, assess performance, measure impact of change initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement and enhancement
- Propose and proactively provide senior leadership with change materials such as leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet content and presentation decks
- Identify and escalate risks and recommend effective solutions
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop mechanisms for employee feedback, recognition and involvement (surveys, focus groups, digital tools, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end coordination of employee engagement programs including identifying and sourcing opportunities through to execution and post-event evaluation
- Lead proactive execution of bank-wide action plans and business unit action plans
- Prepare materials to disseminate key program updates and outcomes
- Monitor culture and employee engagement trends using survey data, pulse feedback, and other metrics to identify areas of opportunity
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar or related role, preferably supporting or leading a change management workstream
- Project and change management experience, along with the ability to analyze data to measure progress and impact (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Glint, Tableau, SharePoint, and other analytic tools)
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, together with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- College diploma/tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
