Technical Advisor Role

  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to drive technical innovation and growth.
  • Use your expertise to define and drive our clients' overall technical strategy, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Manage customer-specific technical design queries and troubleshoot issues to maximize customer satisfaction by applying industry-leading processes and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We seek an experienced professional with:

  • 4+ years of experience delivering technical solutions and 2+ years of customer-facing experience delivering IT services to internal or external customers.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, latency, jitter, and SLAs.
  • Experience interacting with product SMEs and knowledge of Cisco Technologies, Versa Networks (SD-WAN & SASE), Service Management/Delivery, ITIL Practices, Performance Monitoring & Reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
