We're seeking highly experienced technology consultants dedicated to our largest and most strategic enterprise clients. These professionals provide strategic partnerships with clients to accelerate adoption of our technology and incorporate it into client programs.
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll need to be both tech-savvy and capable of creating lasting client relationships. Results-driven professionals who aspire to high customer satisfaction by providing world-class technical consultation and strategy will thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess long-term program strategy and identify solutions driving measurable success
- Evaluate client needs and prioritize software feature enhancements
- Collaborate on high-level client relationship and program strategy
Technical Advisory: Demonstrate product expertise and problem-solving acumen to recommend tailored software solutions, develop deep understanding of client goals, and advise on relevant programs and technical solutions.
Technology Services and Configuration: Seamlessly integrate new features, design functional and technical requirements, and scope projects by understanding timelines and effort levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- 3-5 years experience in technical, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Hard-working self-starter with multiple project management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous technical experience
- Proven client-facing, consulting, or sales experience
- Project management experience
