**Salary**: $380K Package

As the Head of Consulting, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of the consulting business plan ensuring that a customer and people-focused culture and approach underpin all activities. We feel this role would suit a Director level consulting who is ready to take their next step in driving strategy not only with their Clients but within their own Organisation. You will be responsible for delivering regional and business unit objectives in accordance with the existing Consulting strategy, and for the continued development of the strategy to secure new growth within an Enterprise Environment.
- Leadership & Management: You will be expected to lead complex technology engagement and lead large teams across these projects. You will also be responsible for developing team members and leading internal initiatives and practice development.
- Experience in delivery both. strategy and technical projects in enterprise environment across Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms is essential.
- Our client is technology-centric, so experience looking for experience in negotiating and collaborating across major data & cloud vendors.
- Identifying growth opportunities and orchestrating relevant bid submissions
- Identification of opportunities to be pursued, overall project strategy, partner selection and securing deal approval
- Ensuring strong relationships with clients, central and local governments, suppliers and other key stakeholders across the range of activities
- Building a strong Consulting leadership team and talent capability
- Building a collaborative and customer-centric culture, modelled at the leadership level and reflected across Consulting clients
- Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
- Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team
- Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
